What Isn’t Covered
The 3-year warranty does not cover cables that have been repaired, altered, or subjected to negligent handling, direct or indirect lightning strikes, or floods. Cosmetic changes in appearance which do not affect the functionality of the cables are not covered.
The 3-year warranty does not cover any cost associated with cable installation, removal or reinstallation, shipping, damage to or loss of service of equipment, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
The 3-year warranty does not cover defects that are the result of an accident, misuse, contact with solvent chemicals. Alpha is not responsible for cable damage that is caused by user abuse or by the cable being used for what is not intended.
